We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before deciding on a return. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after those initial 14 days, you may request a refund within 30 days under our money-back guarantee. Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order will be processing and changes or cancellations may not be possible. Refunds for cancellations made within this window will be processed within 7 business days.

We encourage you to try your product for a minimum of 14 days to fully experience the benefits of Plendis. If, after this period, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives physically broken or defective—this is considered damage. However, damage to packaging alone (such as dents or crushed boxes) without product damage does not qualify.

Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@plendis.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your claim and provide a replacement if eligible. Damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse is not covered.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must verify their shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses if notification is not given within 24 hours of ordering. Refunds or reshipments will not be provided in such cases.
