Order Processing Times
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the carrier and is on its way to the shipping address you provided. During busy periods and holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and the overall transit time after the order leaves our facility. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

- 🇨🇦 Canada: 7-14 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 10-20 business days
- md Moldova: 7-14 business days
- 🌍 Rest of the world: 13-30 business days
Please note that during busy seasons and holidays, shipping partners may experience delays beyond our control. Also, international shipments may face customs delays which can extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or order cancellation. If our system detects address issues, we will email you within 3 business days to verify the information. If no reply is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at support@plendis.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the details but cannot guarantee changes after this time.
Delayed Delivery
At Plendis, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time and strive to ship as quickly as possible. However, delays can occur due to factors outside our control such as severe weather or courier disruptions. In these cases, we will work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Unforeseen delays can also happen due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. We will notify you promptly if any such problems affect your order.
Please note that Plendis is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We will keep you updated and provide support to resolve any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating it can be to lose a package or have it stolen during shipping. Once the package is with the courier, it is out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@plendis.com and we will assist you.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most have specific procedures for lost or stolen packages. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Please be aware that lost or stolen packages are not covered by our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If the package cannot be found, filing a police report is recommended.
